PETRA MARIA HEFTBERGER

 

My architectural interests lie in commercial and residential architecture with a focus on sustainable principles. It is of great importance to me to build a connection between existing contexts and new interventions that wholly respond to and incorporate the environmental conditions.

Currently, I am working as an Interior Designer-Store Planer at Swarovski. While planning stores all over the world, I participated in the planning of special projects such as the Swarovski Forerunner Store located in London Oxford Street as well as the new Swarovski Flagship Store in Ginza, Tokyo. In addition, I am training new coworkers in VectorWorks and the store concept guidelines. 

 

Before I gained work experience as a carpenter intern as well as jobbing as a waitress. Throughout this time I learned to work under high pressure and to finish my projects in time and in the most efficient and effective manner. Furthermore, it was a great opportunity that taught me the importance of optimal customer service and helped me evolve into a strong team player.
